  • We deliver our products in and across India using our direct delivery partners or third party aggregators, Delivery will be initiated at the earliest. Your delivery shall only be delivered to the address submitted when you placed the order. the products will be shipped with 1-2 business days and will be delivered within 5-15 business days depending on the availability of the services from our delivery partners in your area. 
  • We will deliver the Products to the delivery address stated in your order. We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the Products on the delivery date stated in your order or, if no delivery date is specified, within a reasonable time of the date of the Dispatch Confirmation. However, we cannot guarantee delivery by the relevant date.
  • In case there is an error in any of the information submitted by you, we are not responsible for you not receiving the orders. So, we urge our customers to submit only the correct details to avoid any inconveniences.
  • Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
  • After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
  • Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue. Although, we don’t take responsibility of any misunderstanding or errors done by our delivery partners.
  • You can check the time to deliver on your pin code on the product page.
  • You can track the status of your order from the “my account” section.
  • If You are eligible to receive a free giveaway for completing a purchase at our website, the gift will be dispatched to Your provided address along with the order or it might be delivered separately by another courier in case of non-availability of the product at that time.
  • Risk of loss and damage of the Products passes to you on the date and time of delivery of the Products.
