Return and Replacement Policy-

 

  1. Innerwear Return and Replacement Policy:


1.1 Undergarments including trunks, briefs and vest purchased from Privado cannot be replaced or returned unless they are found to be damaged due to a manufacturing defect or fault from our side. In such cases, Privado offers a replacement option within 7 days of receipt, subject to evaluation.


1.2 Customers must notify Privado of any damages to undergarments by clicking and emailing images of the damaged packaging before opening it to be eligible for a refund or replacement.


  1. Return and Replacement for Other Products:


2.1 All other products, excluding inner wear, can be replaced hassle-free within 7 days of receiving the order, provided they meet the conditions outlined below.


  1. Charges:


3.1 Replacement of damaged products will be provided free of charge.


3.2 Return shipping charges will be applicable if the total order value was below 999 Indian Rupees. Orders above this value are eligible for free return shipping.


  1. Return and Replacement Conditions:


4.1 Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a refund or replacement.


4.2 Tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact and undamaged.


4.3 Products should not show signs of wear, washing, or alteration.


4.4 Refunds or replacements will not be provided for products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care.


  1. Process for Returns and Replacements:


5.1 Customers must contact Privado's customer service team within the specified timeframe to initiate a return or replacement, providing details of the order and reason for return.


5.2 If eligible, customers will receive instructions on how to return the product.


5.3 Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, Privado will process the refund or replacement accordingly.


  1. Refund Process:


6.1 We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@privadoindia.com. In case of information delay from your side, Privado will not be liable for any money lost.


6.2 The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.


  1. Exclusions:


7.1 Certain products may be excluded from the return and replacement policy due to hygiene reasons or regulatory restrictions. Such exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.


  1. Advance Terms:


8.1 Privado reserves the right to refuse returns or replacements if the product does not meet the specified conditions or if the request is deemed to be fraudulent or abusive.


8.2 Privado may request additional information or evidence to process returns or replacements, and failure to provide such information may result in the denial of the request.


8.3 The decision of Privado regarding returns, replacements, and refunds is final and binding.
